    Mark, i’ve looked into this too.  It seems they are a law unto themselves and very difficult to fight legally.  I wouldn’t waste your time, you don’t need the negativity!  Problem is they are not a bank but a middleman.  They are likely investing people’s money they are holding onto and raking in the interest. What about setting up your own merchant account . . . World Pay is good.  That’s what i’ll do eventually.  In case you haven’t come across it . . .  here’s a site where you can upload your video to add to the complaints!  You will even see how the courts DON’T deal with it!
